For the blog, I analyzed a system called Fan page domination developed by Anthony Morrison.
Anthony is a speaker who has helped millions of people around the world build a successful online business. Anthony says that the internet is of key importance, as anyone can create a successful business. With his Fan page domination system, Morrison built half a million Facebook fans and acquired a quarter million user emails, with minimal advertising costs.
What is the system about?
- Create a simple Facebook page that promises a reward, and of course actually give away the reward.
- Create posts that will go viral (this is the most important part).
- Monetize your thank-you webpage, as you can already earn money on it.
- Collect users’ email addresses.
- Monetize with the emails you have collected.
The specific Facebook page that Anthony created using this system is DestinFlorida.com.
Detailed explanation of the Fan page domination system by Anthony Morrison:
- Choose a niche that interests you (for example, travel).
- Create a Facebook page. You only need a Facebook profile picture and a cover photo, and you need to create a button that will redirect to the thank-you page.
- Choose the tools you will use for emails and autoresponders, i.e. pre-prepared messages. You can use ActiveCampaign, Survey Monkey, and use Leadpages or ClickFunnels for the thank-you webpage where you thank users for participating (thank you page).
- Choose a reward for your fans, and ask yourself what they want. Give them a really great reward (for example, a free trip to a dream destination).
- Think about the frequency of rewards (for example, twice a year).
- Acquire your first visitors through Facebook ads. Anthony recommends a starting budget of $250, spread across several days of advertising.
- Think about posts that will go viral. Videos work very well on Facebook, and in your posts mention that people should like and share them.
- Redirect visitors from your Facebook page to a website where there will be a survey. For surveys you can use Survey Monkey, Polldaddy, Survey Nuts, Survey Planet, etc. Anthony also uses BuildRedirects to redirect the link from the Facebook page to the survey website, which redirects visitors based on their past activities. On the survey webpage, use four fields: whether they are currently traveling, how many trips they have taken, whether they are interested in a vacation offer, and the last one should be an entry field for their name and email.
- Later, start using an autoresponder. These are pre-prepared automatic messages that you set up within your email provider.
- From the autoresponder, direct people to a thank-you page (thank you page), where you will also earn money with Google ads. Use Google AdSense to earn from ads (for example, at the top of the webpage and also within the text). On the thank-you page, thank people for participating, tell them when the draw will take place, and ask them to follow you on Facebook.
An example of how Anthony used the system in practice:
The travel costs amounted to $600, he traveled 2 times a year, totaling $1,200. In the first five months, he received 300 new emails per day. In the fifth month, he received as many as 50,000 new emails, growing his list to 95,000 people. All of this cost him $1,200 in total, or just over one cent per acquired email.
